Dave Salsido is the President and Managing Partner of Sansone Auto Mall, a family-owned business that has served Woodbridge, New Jersey for more than 65 years. Dave has been part of the Sansone organization since 2005 and has played a major role in its growth into one of the largest multi-franchise auto dealer groups in the Northeast.

Dave is known for truly understanding every part of the business from sales and service to operations and financial management. His leadership style is hands-on, strategic, and results-focused. As one colleague put it, Dave’s knowledge is “second to none,” with an ability to lead large teams, manage complex operations, and deliver consistent, positive results without missing a detail.
